Affordable Housing

 

The Housing Authority of Alameda County owns 230 Affordable Housing (Public Housing) units in the cities of Emeryville and Union City. Our inventory includes apartments, condominiums and duplexes. The Alameda County Housing Authority is required to reinstate the Community Service Requirement required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  To read more about this requirement please click HERE
