HACA WAITLIST OPENING
IMPORTANT UPDATE as of April 6, 2024

HACA experienced an issue with the application during the last three hours of the waitlist opening period beginning at 9:00pm PST on April 5, 2024.

To ensure applicants that attempted to apply during this period have the opportunity to submit an application, HACA will conduct an additional waitlist opening in the near future.   An update will be provided by April 12, 2024.  Please visit this page (www.haca.net) at that time.

If you already submitted an application, it will be included in the lottery drawing and no action is required of you at this time.
