DHA is looking for a
Tenant Commissioner
The program operations of the Dublin Housing Authority (DHA) are overseen by
a seven-member board made up of the Dublin City Council plus two residents
of the Arroyo Vista public housing complex. As required by State law, one
of the tenant representatives must be 62 years of age or older.
The
Dublin Housing Authority is seeking applicants for the Senior Tenant
Commissioner position (62 years of age or older). Applicants must meet the
following requirements:

Have
a good tenant record including a current, non-delinquent rent payment
history

Be
able to attend 8-10 meetings per year at the Dublin Civic Center. The
meetings are generally held the first Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m.
and last approximately thirty minutes.

Read meeting materials in advance and be prepared to participate in
discussions and when appropriate, offer your perspective as a tenant.
A
stipend in the amount of $50.00 is paid for attending each meeting.
