HACA WAITLIST IS NOW CLOSED
HACA stopped accepting pre-applications for our waitlist as of 8:00PM PST on Monday May 6, 2024.
If you applied in April or May 2024, HACA will contact you via postcard no later than August 31, 2024, explaining if you were selected from the lottery and placed on the waitlist. Keep your application confirmation number until you receive a postcard.
If you do not receive a postcard by September 15, 2024, you may contact HACA via email, phone or postal letter to get your status of the lottery drawing at:

If you need to update your application, HACA will accept waitlist update forms only for applicants that were selected for the waiting list.
