Doing Business with HACA

Thank you for your interest in doing business with HACA.    HACA’s solicitations,  including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitation for Bids (IFBs) and/or Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), will be posted on   Housing Agency Marketplace , an online bid management system.   If you are not a registered user in the Housing Agency Marketplace system you will need to register in order to view, download, and/or respond to HACA’s solicitations.  There is no cost to register.
