HACA WAITLIST OPENING – 1 DAY EXTENSION COMING SOON

HACA is providing a 1-day extension to the April 2024 waitlist opening. Applications will be accepted only on May 6, 2024, from 8:00am PST through 8:00pm PST. 

Return to www.haca.net on May 6^th at 8:00am PST to apply.

If you applied during the April waitlist opening, you do not need to take any action.  All applications received in the previous April 2024 opening and this one-day opening will be entered into the lottery.

HACA will accept applications during this time for the following programs:

• Housing Choice Voucher (formerly known as Section 8)
• HACA-Owned Project-based 3 and 4-bedroom units for families with extremely low-income (30% AMI)
• HACA-Owned Project-based 3 and 4-bedroom units for families with very low-income (50% AMI)
