Section 8 Rental Listing
The Housing Authority of the County of Alameda’s (HACA’s) free online “For Rent” Directory is the only rental listings directory targeted to Section 8 HCVP participants and landlords/owners in HACA’s jurisdiction. The directory is a partnership between HACA and Affordable Housing, the only nation-wide rental directory targeted to Section 8 HCVP participants.
Landlord Partner Access
Landlord Partner Access gives our landlords online access to their HAP (Housing Assistance Payment) statements and HAP histories via the Internet. Landlord Access provides even better service and convenience, since a landlord can view their entire HAP histories, not just the current payment, and can do so 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
