Our office is closed and our staff will not be working on Wednesday, November 11, 2020,  in observance of the Veterans Day holiday.

To help mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in our community HACA's office building is temporarily closed to the public until further notice.  You can find information on how to access essential services during  this temporary closure HERE.

HACA will be closed for all services on Friday, January 1, 2021 in observance of the New Year's Day holiday.  We will resume essential services on Monday, January 4, 2021.
